Our apprentice programs are a great way to kick start a brilliant career with us.
Our Apprentice Program provides recent and soon-to-be high school graduates the opportunity to build technical skills through a tailored entry-level development program.
The scope and breadth of our business is reflected in the range of apprenticeship opportunities we offer to talented and ambitious individuals. Our apprenticeships will give you hands-on experience in your chosen discipline, and the chance to play a key role in contributing to the future success of GSK, a world-leading pharmaceutical company.
The Program will offer you on-the-job learning from industry leaders while earning a competitive compensation package, college enrollment in an Associate’s Degree program paid for by GSK, and the opportunity to receive a Certificate of Apprenticeship Completion from the US Department of Labor. In 2018, the US Department of Labor engaged GSK to join its Excellence in Apprenticeship Development, Education and Research (LEADER) Program.
If you are a hardworking individual looking to develop the skills and experience required for your chosen career, GSK’s academic apprenticeships may be right for you. As you may expect, there are minimum entry requirements to be eligible, and these vary by program.
Many of our locations in the US offer you the chance to join us on an Apprentice Program. Depending on your location, you can apply for one of our apprenticeships at a variety of sites.
