Nearly one in four Americans has a disability. That’s 61 million Americans according to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). This is why GSK has long been focused on disability inclusion. We are proud to share we have once again been recognized as a Best Place to Work by Disability: IN and the American Association of People with Disabilities. This is the sixth straight year we have scored 100 percent on the Disability Equality Index®, an annual comprehensive benchmark that assesses policies and practices.

The index measures six critical areas:
