Why did you join GSK? What makes GSK a great place to work?

I joined GSK because of its reputation and the opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company. GSK is a great place to work because of the people and the mission - GSK serves many medical needs and health issues that are important to society. GSK is a great place to work because it has excellent benefits and it challenges you to be the best you can be.


What have you learnt and enjoyed?

I have learned to understand both sides to a story - every situation has more than one answer. I have enjoyed adapting GSK policy and procedure to our new GSK site.

What responsibility and progression have you experienced so far?

In the first 6 months of employment at GSK I was promoted to a supervisory role. GSK believes that performers should be rewarded. I had previous experience as a leader and I used my experience to contribute on a high level.


What are your career aspirations and how do you see GSK supporting that?

I have always been a person who is self driven and aspires to improve in everything I do. I appreciate the fact that GSK rewards those types of people. I want to continue to grow in my role and as long as I perform GSK will continue to grow my responsibility. I would like to reach a director level with GSK.
