How to apply

In order to apply for our current home country vacancies you will need to be fluent in the local language and will have strong English language skills, both written and spoken.

We have now closed for our early 2010 opportunities. We will update the website as soon as other opportunities are available.

Process

Given the highly competitive nature of these roles, we've tried to put together a robust and comprehensive recruitment process. At times, you'll feel challenged and under pressure, but it's all part of ensuring that we're finding the best possible talent to help determine the future direction of our business.

The first stage of the process is likely to involve phone screening and then a more structured interview that can be conducted face-to-face or over the phone. Interviewers at this stage will be focusing on flexibility, relationship building, team working and a dedication to continuous improvement.

Timings

Successful candidates will then be invited to attend an assessment centre that will involve elements such as group exercises, role-plays, case studies, decision-making and presentations. This will give us all the insight we need into which candidates have the combination of intellectual and commercial insight to tackle the kind of challenges they're likely to face.
