What makes you, you?

My enthusiastic, energetic approach to life is fuelled by my love of exercise and a drive to improve the world around us.

What’s the best thing about working here?

I started as a young and ambitious consumer marketer. Now, I’m a wife and mom of two who’s running a global HR team. I’ve been allowed to grow my career as my life and ambitions have changed over the last 20 years.

What are your highlights?

I thrived in the marketing world, working on one of our biggest brands,Aquafresh, but I wanted a new challenge that would bring me even closer to our patients. I was offered the opportunity to lead communications for our global charity programmes. It was a privilege to see at first hand the difference we make to the health of communities.

This evolved into leading the development of our global volunteer partnership, PULSE – something I’m incredibly proud of. Since then, I’ve established a robust early talent pipeline across our global business. I never saw myself in HR, but I’ve enjoyed learning a different aspect of our business.

How have we supported your development?

I’ve applied my skills across a wide variety of business areas. From consumer marketing to corporate communications and now HR, it’s been quite a journey and I’ve enjoyed every minute.

What would you say to someone thinking of joining us?

You can make a difference, working with great people, respecting each other’s different thoughts and opinions.
