The gift of time: increased parental leave

We all want the time and energy to invest in the things that matter most. GSK is expanding our paid parental leave benefit in 2017, adding eight weeks of paid time off for all new mothers, fathers, and domestic partners in the US and Puerto Rico who give birth or adopt to care for their new child. These changes bring GSK to the top quartile for parental leave among corporations in the US, and most importantly, build on our commitment to a healthy, high performing culture for our employees.
